A refillable skincare packaging system for cleanser, serum, and moisturizer. The work pairs reusable outer vessels with replaceable inner cartridges to reduce visual clutter and support repeat purchase behavior.
The vessels use a softened cylindrical profile, clear fill indicators, and tactile labels that can be recognized by hand in a bathroom routine. Pumps and caps were selected for simple cleaning and consistent dosage.
The brand expression stays calm: frosted surfaces, restrained typography, and quiet color coding for product type. The system is flexible enough for different formulas without needing a new visual language each time.
The case study focuses on refill steps, counter presentation, pack hierarchy, and the ecommerce details customers need before committing to a replenishment model.
